At ForMyBuddy, we process orders quickly to ensure your pet care products reach you as fast as possible. We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for order cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been packed or dispatched from our warehouse.
- To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at formybuddycare@gmail.com with your Order ID and the subject line Order Cancellation - [Order ID].
- Alternatively, you can reach out via our WhatsApp / Phone support (if applicable).
After Dispatch: Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to accept the package, you may refuse delivery when the courier partner arrives.

2. Refunds for Customer Cancellations

Prepaid Orders (Cancelled Before Dispatch): The full payment amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking). Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours, and funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No payment refund is required if cancelled prior to dispatch. However, repeated cancellations of COD orders at the doorstep may lead to COD payment restrictions on future orders.

3. Order Cancellation by ForMyBuddy

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order under certain unavoidable circumstances, including:

Stock Unavailability: If a product goes out of stock unexpectedly before fulfillment.
Pricing or Inventory Errors: In the rare event of an incorrect price display or inaccurate product listing on our website.
Unserviceable Pincode: If our logistics partners cannot deliver to your specified shipping address.
Payment Failures or Fraud Prevention: If payment authorization fails or our system flags the transaction as potentially fraudulent or suspicious.

Note: If ForMyBuddy cancels your prepaid order, you will receive an instant notification along with a 100% full refund credited to your original payment account.
